Welcome to “Tranquil Touch”

Thanks for visiting my online home-base! My wish is to provide you with the personalized experience that you need to help you feel cared for, nurtured, and better equipped to manage all the daily pressures you face no matter what stage or phase of life you are in.

As a working wife and mother of 2 sons, I know how hard it is to keep yourself a priority, especially when they’re young. So, put your feet up, get comfy, and look around; whether it’s pregnancy and birth support you are interested in, or massage therapy, I’m happy you stopped by. Please let me know how I can best serve and support you.

Oh, and don’t forget to choose your free gift above – or just sign up to stay in touch. By doing so, in addition to updates on what’s happening here, you will receive my Touch Points newsletter, and Body Sense (a quarterly magazine designed for your ongoing wellness).

My Hubby & Me

Mission:
To provide an environment and specialized services that help clients relax and get support for their individual wellness needs. To provide expectant birth-givers and their partners evidence-based information and support that they need to prepare successfully and confidently to meet their babies.

Vision:
By providing quality, individualized care, clients will find the support they need to combat the effects that stress has on their physical and emotional states. By providing education and support to birth-givers and their families during pregnancy and childbirth, they can feel empowered and knowledgeable about their choices for birth; thus, improving maternal and infant outcomes while also decreasing the healthcare costs that are usually associated with highly medicalized childbirth.
